A. Yes, we use Authorize.Net as our online credit card processor. They are PCI Compliant and all transactions are encrypted and secured through them. Fire Wagon Designs never receives your credit card information, nor does Authorize.net ever give us access to that information.Fire Wagon Designs does not sell, trade, or rent personal information to any other parties.
Q. What if I don't want to give my credit card information over the internet?
A. If you prefer, you can send a check or money order by mail. However, in this instance, you will need to place your order by phone or email. You are also more than welcome to call our office and place your order and give credit card information over the phone. We will enter your order, then shred your credit card information.
Q.Will Fire Wagon Designs disclose the information it collects to any other outside parties?
A.We are required to charge 7.75% sales tax only on orders shipped to addresses in the state of Oklahoma.
Q. How will my order be shipped?
A.You will have a choice of how you want your order shipped. We offer UPS Ground for $9.00, UPS 2nd Day for $18.00, or UPS Next Day for $32.00. Please keep in mind that UPS does not deliver to a P.O. Box, so we have to have a physical address. If that is not possible, please email us and we will work with you by sending it through US Mail. Also, please keep in mind that UPS does not ship on Saturday, so a late Friday order will not ship until Monday (this is especially good to know for Second Day and Next Day orders that are ordered late Friday. They won't go out until Monday.)
Q. May I return an item?
A.Yes, you can return any in-stock item within 30 days of the date the item was shipped to you. Just follow the instructions in our Return Policy section.
Q. What Forms of payment do you take?
A.We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Check or Money Order.
